Maker Faire is an event at the Central Florida Fairgrounds that attracts over 10,000 people over the course of a weekend. This event is a great partnership with Maker Effects to help raise the profile of FIRST in the Central Florida area. Several of our local FRC teams participated by running fundraising booths and by staffing a FIRST area showing off robots and talking to the public. FTC had a full field set up and were able to practice along with letting the public drive their robots.
